Customers from all over the world can complete transactions in 5 min via video call. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA-Dubai) introduced the service on Wednesday, allowing people to use the new technology to submit documents and complete residency-related application procedures. Customers from both inside and outside the country can use the service to communicate directly with department employees. It would work with any applicant who has a smartphone with a front-facing camera.
